Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled PTA to support our inpatient rehabilitation team. This is a flexible role ideal for professionals who thrive in a dynamic hospital setting and are passionate about patient-centered care.

Location : Vanderbilt Tullahoma-Harton Hospital - Tullahoma, TN

Schedule : 8-hour shifts (8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM), flexible coverage for PTO, schedule provided at least 2 weeks in advance. Weekend staffing needs are higher.

Key Responsibilities :

• Administer and direct appropriate physical therapy interventions as prescribed by a physician and supervised by a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Deliver high-quality care to patients with acute medical conditions.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Uphold professional conduct aligned with the APTA Code of Ethics and Vanderbilt Health's values.
