LOCUMS Emergency Medicine Physician Needed in Kenansville, NC

ECU Health Duplin Hospital, located in Kenansville, North Carolina, is seeking an experienced ABEM certified physician to work in their Emergency Department. New providers will need to come in the day before scheduled call for orientation.

Details :

Will accept EM physicians and IM / FM physicians with emergency medicine experience and required certifications

Inpatient only - will only accept candidates with ED inpatient experience within the last 12 months.

Required certifications if IM / FM trained (no exceptions) : ACLS, ATLS, PALS

ED has 15 total beds

New ED renovation

Minor Emergency section newly opened (fast track)- 12 hours daily

Total inpatient census : 47 acute

Average number of ED Patients / Day : 80

Average number of Admissions / Day : 11

Ideally looking for Six to twelve 12-hour shifts per month
