Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Medical Surgical Float Pool experience.
• Travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of Trauma Level 1 facility is required from any number of months
• BSN completion preferred

Requirements :

50 miles from facility to be submitted.

Additional Details :

Required Skills / Experience : Must have step down experience / Must have acute care surgical floor experience / Nurses for this unit need Med Surg experience as this floor has inpatients pre or post-surgical services-mostly surgical experience is needed.

Required Credentials : Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program. / -Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).

Preferred Credentials : Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.

Unit / Facility Details : Will not accept OR candidates. / Ratios are 5 or 6 : 1 for surgical patients and 3 or 4 : 1 for SD area.
