Location :

Hybrid role based in our Hollywood office. On-site time will vary depending on development cycles, fittings, and collaboration needs.

Position Type :

The role will start as a contract position with the intent to convert to a full-time role when collection production commences.

What Youll Do :

• Collaborate with leadership to assess creators and celebrities who align with our design vision, audience goals, and emerging whitespace in the market.
• Lead the full design process rom research, trend analysis, and mood boards to sketches, samples, and production.
• Develop original designs that align with each celebritys style and the overall brand vision, ensuring both creative depth and commercial appeal.
• Present compelling design narratives that communicate the why behind each collection to founders and key stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for factories and vendors globally, clearly communicating design intent and feedback.
• Mentor junior designers and freelancers as the team grows.
