The Freight Operations Supervisor leads and manages freight operations with an emphasis on efficiency, safety, and team leadership in a warehouse and transportation environment. Responsibilities include supervising staff, enforcing regulations, ensuring timely and damage-free freight handling, and optimizing operational workflows. This role requires knowledge of the LTL industry, hazardous materials rules, DOT regulations, and involves shift work, including overnight schedules.

Hours : This position will primarily be an overnight position, M-F from 8 : 00 pm - 6 : 00 am

What you need to succeed as a Freight Operations Supervisor at XPO

Minimum qualifications :

• 2 years of related work experience in a warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation or similar environment
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry, hazardous materials regulations and DOT rules and regulations
• Available to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, nights and weekends
