Paid full time salary position $50,000 / yr plus potential bonus every 12 months if specific annual performance metrics and all expectations are exceeded or met. Our Kitchen Manager oversees all back-of-house operations, including managing staff, controlling inventory, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met, meeting Corporate requirements. Key responsibilities include hiring, training, and scheduling kitchen staff, ordering supplies, developing special menus, managing budgets, minimizing waste and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is driven to effectively manage operations and performance.
