Collections Representative

A company is looking for a Collections Representative.

Key Responsibilities

Review open accounts receivables and prioritize medical claim activities

Develop relationships with payers to resolve claim issues and ensure timely follow-up

Document key accounts and escalate issues or trends to management as needed

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience

Must be 18 years of age or older

1+ years of experience in medical or pharmacy claim billing / collections

1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite

Availability to work an 8-hour shift between 6 : 30 AM and 4 : 00 PM CST, Monday - Friday
