KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transport Goods : Safely load, transport, and deliver items to clients or businesses in a timely manner.
• Route Management : Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules to ensure prompt deliveries.
• Customer Service : Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction during deliveries.
• Order Verification : Review orders before and after delivery to ensure completeness and accuracy of charges.
• Vehicle Maintenance : Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition, performing regular checks and cleaning as necessary.
• Documentation : Prepare and maintain accurate records related to deliveries, including tracking numbers and customer signatures.

DRIVING SKILLS

• Driving Skills : Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Time Management : Strong organizational skills to manage delivery schedules effectively.
• Physical Fitness : Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading items.
• Communication Skills : Good verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally.
• Problem-Solving : Ability to handle unexpected issues, such as traffic delays or customer complaints, efficiently.
