A company is looking for a Senior Director of Sales in Employee Benefits.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team while recruiting new talent
Develop relationships with brokers and trading partners to grow revenue
Meet financial goals and manage pipeline for growth and retention
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years of relevant insurance experience
3 years of people management experience
Experience in a highly regulated, fast-paced environment
Strong analytical skills with an emphasis on data-driven decision making
