The Swap Coordinator plays a key role in keeping United Gaming’s operations running smoothly and efficiently. In this position, you’ll coordinate and manage all aspects of our game swap process—from scheduling and documentation to communication between teams—ensuring every swap, removal, and relocation is completed on time and up to our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction. As the central connection between our service, warehouse, and dispatch teams , you’ll help drive organization, accuracy, and teamwork across daily operations. This is a full-time, Monday–Friday role with occasional evening or weekend support as needed. The position is primarily office-based , with occasional field visits or warehouse coordination, and may require light lifting (up to 50 lbs).

- Plan and organize daily and weekly swap schedules in coordination with field technicians, warehouse, and dispatch teams.
- Ensure each swap is properly prepared by confirming equipment readiness and availability of all required parts and hardware.
- Manage swap tickets from start to finish—assigning, tracking, and ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time.
- Serve as the central hub between departments, maintaining clear, proactive communication and keeping all stakeholders informed of timelines, progress updates, and any scheduling changes.
- Act as the primary point of contact for field teams during swap execution, providing timely support and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain precise documentation for all equipment swaps, including serial numbers, locations, and configurations, while reviewing completed work orders for accuracy and consistency.
- Verify that all swapped games meet functionality, compliance, and quality standards prior to completion.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as response times, completion rates, and error trends, providing weekly reports and insights to leadership.
- Identify recurring process challenges, recommend improvements, and help drive efficiency and consistency across swap operations.
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent (associate’s degree preferred).2+ years of experience in logistics, field operations, or equipment coordination (gaming or COAM experience a strong plus)Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling / communication tools (Slack, Synchroteam, Monday.com preferred).Must be 21 years of age or older and able to pass a background check and drug screening.Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).Powered by JazzHR
