Lead Layout Engineer / Field Engineer / Building Surveyor

Our Client is an industry- leading commercial Concrete Contractor specializing in delivering quality cast-in-place concrete work in the Multi-Family, Mixed-Use, Higher Ed, Healthcare, Datacenter, Retail, Manufacturing, and Distribution markets. Based on current and projected growth in the Midwest region, they are seeking a Lead Field Engineer to layout commercial building projects out of their Columbus, OH office. Requirements :

• 4+ years’ experience in building construction layout for commercial concrete construction projects ranging in size from $, to $30M- Robotic Total-Station experience preferred- CADD / AutoCAD experience a plus
• Client driven and Detail oriented
• Reliable and Team Player
