Electrical Project Manager or Electrical Estimator

Job Description

Will manage commercial, light industrial projects. Responsibilities include maintaining a productive workforce with the necessary skills, expertise, and drive to meet production schedules and deadlines, while maintaining a positive and engaging work environment. The ideal candidate will also be responsible for maintaining exceptional customer relations, estimating, selling, and managing successful electrical projects, and helping to develop new business for the local division.

Requirements include proven people management, process management, and performance management skills. Knowledge of budgeting and forecasting, employee motivation and training, leadership, and office management skills, as well as customer acquisition and relations, is necessary. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Strong budget tracking, labor tracking, and scheduling skills are also essential.
