Facility Overview : MacCormick Secure Center (MSC) is located in Brooktondale, New York. The youth served at MSC are male, adjudicated, juvenile delinquents who are placed with OCFS by Family Court. Depending upon the sentence, youth may remain in OCFS custody until the age of 21. MSC is accredited by the American Correctional Association. Currently, there are no vaccine requirements. Supervision staff will be present when the employee is providing nursing care to youth.
