Data Entry Analyst

Clerical support for IAO Foundry Change Management

Experience with Salesforce platforms. Preferred to have exp with Changescout. Will be keeping Changscout platform cleaned up, Exp with Data collections.

Responsible for Data entry and supporting team in keeping platform updated and clean. Good communication skills required, able to work independently and part of a team. Must be willing to work onsite at least one day a week. Looking for experience with Data Entry / Analysis and data collection using Salesforce Platforms, Assisting the Duties include but are not Limited to identifying and driving entry of projects across functional sites; reviewing and processing information, approval as well as data entry of spending / invoices, purchase orders, change orders and forecasting data into project cost tracking system(s); establishing, monitoring, and maintaining associated project files / logs; compiling and completing reconciliations. Proven ability to communicate effectively across different organizations.

Min HS diploma or GED equivalent required for US candidates.
