A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Sales Productivity (Remote Eligible). Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive sales productivity strategy aligned with business objectives Lead and mentor a team of sales productivity specialists to drive organizational change Own the technology stack roadmap for the go-to-market organization, including CRM and analytics solutions Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, sales operations, or revenue enablement, with at least 3 years in people management Experience leading enterprise-wide transformations and technology implementations in high-growth SaaS environments Expertise in building and scaling sales productivity functions, including team development and budget management Advanced proficiency in modern sales technology ecosystems such as Salesforce and analytics tools Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
