Job descriptionDrive sales through strong closing skills and product knowledge Build relationships and show empathy while writing loans and assisting customers in financial need Accurately assess, price, and negotiate on a wide range of merchandise (training provided) Deliver fast, friendly service that builds customer loyalty Keep the store organized, stocked, and ready for business Contribute to a team culture built on winning, learning, and growing Proven sales or customer service experience (retail, restaurant, automotive, or other fast-paced setting) A natural closer persuasive, confident, and goal-driven The ability to balance assertiveness with empathy when helping customers Bilingual in English & Spanish preferred (to serve our diverse customer base) Comfortable handling cash, negotiations, and transactions High school diploma or equivalent required Competitive wages + bonus opportunities Career growth and leadership development Fun, energetic, team-oriented environment Ongoing training and mentorship Employee discount on unique merchandise Sundays off for work-life balance
