About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President - Service Solutions Architect to join their team. The successful candidate will be a senior leader responsible for the development and implementation of robust service solutions for a diverse client services portfolio. This role is pivotal in designing end-to-end service solutions, managing service pricing functions, and overseeing customer contract management. The Vice President will be expected to collaborate with executives, associates, and various stakeholders to align on strategy, business obligations, and ensure that customer expectations are met. Key responsibilities for the role include understanding and analyzing business strategy and needs, designing comprehensive service delivery strategies, overseeing the implementation of solutions, and establishing key performance indicators for performance management. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in designing and implementing reactive service solutions, with a preference for those in the retail, financial, and / or gaming sectors. Senior leadership experience in leading improvement projects, strong analytics and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential. Additionally, the role requires experience in developing and negotiating service contracts, as well as in building cost-up pricing models. A Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
