QUALIFICATIONS : Valid Washington State Education Staff Associate Certificate as Occupational Therapist. Valid Washington State Driver's License; must provide automobile for on-the-job use. Criminal Justice Background Clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

evaluation include visual-perceptual skills, gross and fine motor skills, self-care, sensory integration and normal growth and

development as they pertain to school and home settings

Individualized Education Programming

transdisciplinary teaching model

integration and cooperation

intervention and therapy; and willingness to model behavior deemed appropriate by the school district and community
