We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Surgery Scheduler to join our dynamic medical team in Plano, TX. This full-time, weekday position plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient surgical operations and patient care coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and schedule surgical procedures with physicians, patients, and surgical facilities
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain necessary authorizations
• Manage pre-operative and post-operative documentation
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless workflow
• Handle billing and medical coding related to surgical procedures
• Provide exceptional customer service to patients and families

Job Type & Location : This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plano, TX.

Pay and Benefits : The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
