Learning & Development Manager
The Learning & Development (L&D) Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing education programs that support both internal employees, external stakeholders, and partners. This highly cross-functional role oversees curriculum development, course delivery, and the administration of a digital learning platform. The position also leads a small team of L&D professionals and collaborates closely with business unit leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be :
- Design and maintain a tiered, business-aligned curriculum across technical, functional, and leadership topics for internal and external audiences.
- Create engaging, compliant learning content in multiple formats (e-learning, instructor-led, blended) that reflects industry best practices.
- Plan and deliver digital and in-person training events, managing logistics for workshops, webinars, and certification programs.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback, assessments, and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee and optimize the LMS, ensuring accurate course cataloging, user access, and robust reporting.
- Drive adoption of digital learning tools and enhance the learner experience through innovative features and improvements.
- Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Service teams to integrate learning initiatives into broader business strategies.
- Act as a liaison between subject matter experts and instructional designers to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Manage and mentor a small team of L&D specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and outcome focus.
- Allocate resources effectively and set clear performance goals for the team.
