Job descriptionExceed budgeted gross profit margins for Natural Gas, Propane, Mobile Fueling, and Electricity supply Retain minimum 85% of existing customers within established margins Enter new prospects into Salesforce daily Maintain contact schedule and record into Salesforce Bachelor's Degree in business administration or equivalent experience Committed to the values of initiative, responsibility, caring relationships, integrity, and innovation Proficient in computer technology including Word, Excel, and Outlook Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills Strong math and analytical skills Able to develop customer proposals, sales, and profit assumptions Valid driver's license Access to a motor vehicle and capacity to travel Prior sales experience preferred
Schedule : Monday - Friday
Location : Hybrid in York, PA
Starting at : $50k - $55k plus commission
Responsibility + Expectations :
- Exceed budgeted gross profit margins for Natural Gas, Propane, Mobile Fueling, and Electricity supply
- Retain minimum 85% of existing customers within established margins
- Enter new prospects into Salesforce daily
- Maintain contact schedule and record into Salesforce
- Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty
- Work collaboratively with sales and operations teams and fosters a culture of continuous process improvement
- Work with customers to better understand their business needs and goals
- Work with internal teams on behalf of clients to ensure the highest level of customer service
- Ability to identify and solve client issues strategically
