The role

Production release manager

• Assume full ownership of end-to-end pre- and post-release processes
• Establish and own processes for release contents, including documentation, release notes, testing, coverage, quality measures, delivery.
• Manage bugs fixing process, issue resolutions and change requests and change management.
• Create and implement an end-to-end SW release plan and process, using JIRA workflows, for all stakeholders and steps.
• Keep release cadence and cycles - daily, weekly and major / long - to both internal and external customers.
• Track and report in a routine and timely manner - progress, internal MS, JAMA based requirements traceability, Report status of release issues.
• Implement release dashboards with high program visibility.
• Ensure release compliance with SOTIF, ISO26262 and ASPICE requirements.
• Proactively identify and report on release program gaps in teams and processes, and work closely with SW and product teams to implement critical corrective actions.
• Work closely with engineering teams to implement CI / CD solutions according to customer requirements for release.

10+ years of experience in managing release and release processes in the automotive industry, for external Tier1 / Car-OEM customers with strong preference for ADAS and AV embedded SW applications.
