Landscape Install Operations Manager . Join a well-established, full‑service design / build landscaping firm serving the St. Louis metro area. You’ll be part of a team that’s family-owned, award-winning, and known for creativity, quality, and exceptional client service.
Role Summary
This leadership role oversees installation operations across multiple projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and team development. You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive performance and uphold the company’s reputation for excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop installation crews and future field leaders
- Manage ordering, delivery, and inventory of materials and equipment
- Oversee project progress, crew metrics, and productivity
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Maintain tools, vehicles, and worksite safety
- Assist with scheduling, training, warranty management, and occasional snow / ice operations
