Join our dynamic team as a Registered Nurse (RN) within our Internal Float Pool, where you will have the unique opportunity to work across various units like ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU. This role is perfect for nurses seeking variety and growth in a collaborative environment.

Location : Aurora St Lukes Medical Center - 2900 W Oklahoma Ave, Milwaukee, WI 53215

Compensation : $37.50 - $56.25 per hour based on qualifications and experience, with additional benefits that enhance your overall compensation package.

Schedule :

Self-Scheduled with 12-hour shifts
Night Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM
A commitment of 2 Mondays and 2 Fridays every 6 weeks
1 weekend and 2 holidays per 6-week schedule

Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment

Float between multiple nursing units, adapting to different workflows and maintaining clinical excellence

Engage in effective communication and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team

Implement individualized care plans and assess patient needs comprehensively

Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient safety and outcomes

What We Look For :

At least 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry experience (2 years preferred)
