Job Title : General Office Clerk / Accounting Clerk

Location : Pasadena, CA (On-Site)

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 4 : 30 PM

Position Type : Long-Term Temporary

Overview :

We are seeking a detail-oriented General Office Clerk / Accounting Clerk to provide administrative and accounting support in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, dependable, and proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, scanning, and document management

Assist with basic accounting functions, including invoice processing, expense tracking, and reconciliations

Prepare and maintain spreadsheets and reports using Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, etc.)

Support the accounting and administrative teams with daily operations

Answer phones, route calls, and provide customer service as needed

Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all recordkeeping

Qualifications :

2+ years of office or accounting support experience

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)

Working knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook)

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with accounting software a plus
