Field Representative

DUTIES :

Assisting patients in applying for Medical Assistance.

Driving 100-200 mile radius of assigned area. Reimbursement for travel expenses provided.

Entering patient homes and communicating with people to obtain patient information.

Accurately document patient information and completing tasks in a timely manner.

Transporting supplies to and from client facilities.
