Job descriptionDaily rounds in house and will take call from homeThis Level 1 unit will have an anticipated 600 deliveries a year An average daily census of about 5 newborns NNPs will be responsible for daily rounds on newborns, attending deliveries when requested and will take call from home Practitioners would also stabilize, manage and facilitate transport of newborns to adjacent NICUs Team will consist of 4 NNPs with the sister LEVEL III NICU staffed by 2 Neonatologists and 5-6 NNPs who provide care at CaroMont Regional Medical Center- Gastonia, which is only 7 miles away A competitive compensation package with many locations offering sign on bonuses, relocation and tuition reimbursement (to be discussed at interview). - 16 emergency department treatment rooms
- 54 inpatient beds
- 48 medical telemetry beds
- 6 labor / delivery / recovery / postpartum
- 12-bed observation unit
- 2 operating rooms
- C-section suite
- Endo / Bronchoscopy suite
- Imaging Suite - Nuclear stress test, CT, MRI, X-ray, Ultrasound
- A brand new, 10-bed LDRP Level-I Nursery, scheduled to open late 2024!
