We are a fast-growing sod supplier dedicated to providing high-quality grass and excellent customer service to homeowners, landscapers, contractors, and businesses. Our team takes pride in delivering both the product and support needed to make every outdoor project a success.
We’re looking for an Front desk / Sales / Dispatcher to join our team onsite. If you’re enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and thrive on building relationships with customers, this could be the role for you!
What You’ll Do
Handle inbound calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries from customers
Educate customers about sod products, availability, and installation best practices
Generate sales quotes, process orders, and schedule deliveries / pickups
Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, contractors, and vendors
Provide proactive follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues quickly
Work closely with operations to ensure accurate scheduling and fulfillment
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activity in CRM / order system
Assist with onsite customer support and occasional office administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 3+ years in inside sales, customer service, or account management (experience in landscaping, construction, or agriculture a plus, but not required)
Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset
Organization : Strong attention to detail, ability to manage multiple accounts / orders at once
Tech Skills : Comfortable using CRM / order entry systems
Personality : Positive attitude, problem-solver, and team player
Work Environment : Must be able to work onsite (office + yard setting)
