Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Database Administrator / Worksite Specialist to support the maintenance, optimization, and training of Worksite and related systems. This role involves providing technical expertise across database administration, application support, and user training. The position will focus on ensuring operational efficiency, system reliability, and seamless collaboration between technical and business teams.

Responsibilities :

• Support routine maintenance and upgrades of Worksite environments.
• Manage and maintain Teleforms and related systems.
• Design, install, create, and maintain databases for optimal performance.
• Monitor databases and application backups to ensure recoverability and continuity.
• Provide technical assistance and subject matter expertise for Worksite and database systems.
• Collaborate with network operations and database administration teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
• Support migration efforts for legacy SQL applications.
• Contribute to system modernization efforts with an understanding of web-based software architecture.
• Develop and deliver training for Worksite, Teleform, and related technologies to diverse user groups both one-on-one and in classroom settings.
• Create and maintain documentation, workflows, and process updates as needed.
