What you will do

Share your Sony enthusiasm : delight store associates and customers with demonstrations that showcase Sony's innovative technology.

Help customers make informed choices : use effective engagement strategies and expert recommendations on portable audio gear.

Close sales and achieve weekly sales goals : proactively address customer objections and drive purchases.

Educate and train store personnel : equip them with Sony knowledge for confident sharing.

Post-shift reporting : complete surveys with feedback for continuous improvement.

Qualifications / What we are looking for

Sales savvy : previous sales experience is a plus.

Energized communicator : ability to build relationships and convey passion for audio and music.

Reliable transportation : commuting to the local Best Buy store.

Availability : able to work the required Friday through Sunday shift schedule.

Strength and stamina : ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Tech-ready : comfortable with daily reporting on a smart device.
