Role Overview :

As a vital member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional nursing care, oversee medication administration, collaborate with our dedicated healthcare professionals, and ensure that we implement effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities Include :

• Administering prescribed medications and therapies
• Monitoring and documenting patient vital signs and medical histories
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to craft and execute care plans
• Delivering wound care and various nursing interventions as necessary
• Leading and mentoring Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in providing excellent patient care
• Adhering to all regulatory standards and protocols to ensure patient safety
