The group operates on a round-and-go model, with no night shifts, no codes, no rapid response duties, and no procedures required. The ICU is fully closed, and physicians benefit from 24 / 7 subspecialty support for seamless patient care. The hospital uses Epic EMR, ensuring efficient and organized workflows. Candidates must be residency trained and possess excellent communication skills.
