Senior Level Career Finance Position

Security Clearance Requirement : Active Top-secret clearance with SCI eligibility

Experience Requirements :

• 10+ years of proven experience in Department of Defense (DoD) operations, with a strong track record of hands-on involvement in managing contracts and subcontracts.
• Extensive experience supporting Contracting Officers by monitoring contract performance, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to resolve emerging challenges.
• Demonstrated expertise in FAR and DFAR regulations, with a history of collaborating with agencies like DCAA and DCMA to uphold rigorous compliance standards.
• Skilled in evaluating and pricing government contract proposals, preparing detailed cost / price assessments, and providing negotiation guidance to ensure favorable and compliant outcomes.
• Comprehensive experience in contract administration, including maintaining well-organized contract documentation and ensuring adherence to government policies and best practices.
• Proven ability to work independently while seamlessly coordinating with team members and leadership, fostering a collaborative environment and preparing modifications to address project needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with a talent for facilitating interdepartmental discussions, leading meetings, and addressing contractual issues, inquiries, and action items promptly and effectively.

Work Environment : This is a full-time, on-site position with the possibility of up to 10% travel to support program requirements.

Education & Certifications : Bachelor's degree in a related field is required. A master's degree in a related field is preferred. Relevant work experience or specialized training may be considered in lieu of a degree.
