Shift : Mon – Thurs

3 : 30 pm to 1 : 30 am, with OT as required

The Press Brake Operator Helper assists in the setup, operation, and maintenance of press brake machinery used to bend and shape metal parts. This position involves working closely with the Press Brake Operator to ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety in the manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assisting Operations : Help the Press Brake Operator in setting up and operating the press brake machine, including loading and unloading materials.
  • Material Handling : Ensure that raw materials and finished products are organized and accessible. Use forklifts or hand tools as necessary.
  • Quality Control : Monitor production processes and inspect parts for accuracy and quality, reporting any defects or issues to the operator.
  • Maintenance Support : Assist with routine maintenance and cleaning of the press brake machine to ensure optimal performance.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of production quantities, materials used, and any issues encountered during the process.
  • Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment for yourself and others.

  • Pack and store materials and products.
