Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Lifecycle Management
Full Lifecycle Management : Direct and manage the initiation, planning, execution, control, and closeout phases of small to large projectsSDLC Adherence : Strictly follow the established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of Medicaid IT Services.Planning & Control : Develop and maintain work plans, control scope and schedule to ensure timely completion of deliverables and milestones. Maintain project roadmap(s).Reporting & Communication : Prepare detailed status reports and provide updates to project stakeholders, sponsors, and senior leadership. Oversee the development and execution of the communication plan.Risk, Change, and Technical Coordination
Risk Mitigation : Proactively identify potential problems and facilitate resolution by determining or recommending and implementing a risk mitigation strategy.Change Management : Work within the structure of Change Management and Release Management to coordinate system implementations.Team Building : Possess the ability to build a collaborative and high-performing project team.Dashboards & Reporting : Design and develop project-related dashboards (utilizing Power BI experience) and manage process writing / documentation.Required & Preferred Expertise
