Job Description :

Sunbelt Staffing is hiring a dedicated Home Health Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel contract in Jefferson City, MO. This opportunity allows nurses to work one-on-one with patients in their homes while gaining experience in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform patient assessments and skilled nursing visits

Provide education and care coordination

Accurately complete OASIS documentation

Utilize Homecare Homebase (HCHB) for charting

Communicate with physicians, care team, and families

Qualifications :

Active RN license in Missouri

Minimum of 2 years of recent home health experience

Proficient in Homecare Homebase (HCHB)

OASIS documentation experience required

Current BLS certification (AHA)

Valid drivers license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and onboarding in compliance with the Joint Commission
