About The Position

Job Title : Computed Tomography Technologist

Profession : Technologist

Specialty : Computed Tomography (CT)

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Night

Hours per Shift : 10.5

Experience : 24 months minimum of current CT Tech experience required

License : Active License required

Certifications : ARRT, BLS (AHA) required

Must-Have :

Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.

Flu vaccination required; declinations can be applied for.

No license hits.

Travel experience required.

Description :

Candidates must provide a copy of their driver's license.

All experienced departments candidates are willing to accept or work in should be noted.

The Start Date should be on or very quickly after the listed Order Start Date.

All requested time off (RTO) should be noted and must not exceed 7 days.

RTO will not be approved in the first week of the assignment or during holidays.

All facilities the traveler is open to working in should be listed in the submission.

The submission should specify what states the candidate is open to (e.g., Any state).

All shifts the traveler is open to working on must be included.

All departments the traveler is open to working must be checked in the submission.

All candidates submitted should be preclosed and ready to accept.

If a traveler withdraws or is no longer available, please inform accordingly.

The cover page must be completely filled out.

A resume must be provided, detailing all facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.

A skills checklist specific to the discipline must be included and must be less than a year old.

Certifications must be active at the time of submission.

The driver's license verification must be less than 30 days old.

Vaccination status should be included in the submission notes.

Please adhere to the specific background requirements that must be attested to.

An on-call schedule will be determined by the facility.

The weekend schedule will also be determined by the facility.
