Legal Assistant Foreclosure/ Default Operations

Salary: $18-$22 per hour

What Youll Do:

• Draft, prepare, and file affidavits, complaints, motions, judgments, and other pleadings.
• Review and redact sensitive information (NPPI).
• Keep case files and client/internal systems (ICE, Tempo, etc.) accurate and up to date.
• Track deadlines, schedule hearings/mediations, and monitor team workflows.
• Communicate confidently with clients, courts, Co-Counsel, and attorneys.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies, standard operating procedures, client directives, and legal regulations.
• Support attorneys with administrative and litigation tasks while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain accuracy, meet performance metrics, and handle client inquiries while supporting additional tasks and special projects as needed.

What Were Looking For:

• 24 years as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal (foreclosure/real estate litigation preferred).
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Perfect Practice, Tempo, ICE, or similar platforms a plus.
• Professional, proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a structured, deadline-driven environment.

Physical Requirements:
