As a senior member of our team, you will also take on a leadership role by mentoring colleagues and sharing your extensive expertise. Collaboration across the organization is key to connecting datasets and providing objective analyses of client initiatives.
This position requires you to work in the office two days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough data analysis, reporting, and recommendations across advertising and website platforms.
- Partner with stakeholders to create and refine customized reporting dashboards that cater to the specific needs of our Enterprise Clients.
- Utilize data visualization and storytelling techniques to provide clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-training and mentoring for team members on reporting tools, data analysis methodologies, internal systems, and best practices.
- Demonstrate creative thinking to incorporate new data types into tailored insights that guide business decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field, with at least 4 years of relevant experience. Alternative combinations such as a master's degree with 2 years of experience, a Ph.D. with up to 1 year of experience, or 8 years of pertinent experience are also acceptable.Extensive knowledge of MySQL and SQL-like data sources, with the capability to efficiently query these databases.Strong proficiency in at least one visualization tool such as Tableau, Power BI, Domo, or MicroStrategy, with a preference for candidates skilled in both Tableau and Power BI.Experience utilizing BI tools with AI capabilities to enhance report generation, dashboards, and educational materials for stakeholders.Demonstrated experience working with large datasets and retrieving data from various sources.Proficiency in accelerating data analysis through AI-assisted SQL querying and analytical insights.Exceptional written, verbal, and project management skills to guide projects from initial request to delivery.Solid understanding of digital advertising channels (Search, Display, Social, Video) and their influence on consumer behavior alongside website usability metrics.A genuine passion for data, with a commitment to promoting learning and assisting others in navigating reporting systems.Ability to produce high-quality, accurate work with meticulous attention to detail.A proactive mindset focused on continuous improvement, including implementing new solutions within the Media Insights team.Physical and mental capacity to execute the responsibilities of the role effectively within the required timeframes to meet business needs.This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 87,200.00 to 130,800.00 per year, depending on factors such as location and the selected candidate's qualifications.
Compensation
In addition to a base salary, candidates may be eligible for additional compensation including an incentive program.
