Home infusion pharmacy needs a Revenue Cyle Manager. This person MUST have experience in home infusion authorization, billing, or collections.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and audit Intake Authorizations, Billing, and Collections
- Assists with authorizations, billing, and / or collections
- Reports to the CEO
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Must have a High School diploma or Graduation Equivalent Diploma (G.E.D.) or Higher.At least 5 years of experience in Medical authorization, billing, or collectionsAt least 3 years of experience in Home Infusion authorization, billing, or collectionsKnowledge of insurance verification procedures.Prior experience in a pharmacy or home health company is of benefit.Effective interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.Office experience preferred.Computer skills that include word processing, and efficient use of the internet and e-mail.Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to express technical issues in “layman” terms.Must be detail orientedBenefits
