Registered Nurse – NICU (Mount Sinai West)
Facility : Mount Sinai West
Location : 1000 10th Ave, New York, NY 10019
Start Date : November 10, 2025
Duration : Approximately 3 months (Ends February 7, 2026)
Shift : Nights – 3x12 Hours (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM)
Schedule : Every Other Week (EOW) Night Shift Required

Position Overview
The NICU Clinical Nurse at Mount Sinai West delivers safe, competent, quality care to critically ill neonates using relationship-centered care principles and evidence-based nursing practice. Responsibilities include patient assessment, critical thinking, interdisciplinary collaboration, patient / family education, and managing complex clinical needs in a high-acuity NICU setting with approximately 18-21 beds.
Requirements
Licensure : Active New York State RN License – Required (Must be in good standing)
Experience : Minimum 2 years NICU experience – Required (Level 3 and 4 NICU experience preferred)
Education : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required (Non-negotiable)
Certifications :
Special Skills : Body cooling experience – Required
EMR : EPIC experience highly preferred
