Where You'll Make a Difference

This individual will be responsible for equipment maintenance and repair activities on-site and lab / pilot plant systems

Working knowledge of HVAC and related Mechanical systems.

Working knowledge of Pneumatic and Digital Controls is desired.

Working knowledge of General Building Maintenance and control systems.

Experience with the operation of two or more of the following equipment : Boilers, Air Compressors, House Chillers, Cooling Towers, Centrifugal Pumps, Variable Frequency Drives, Heat Exchangers, Air Handling systems for HVAC.

Skilled in the use of standard hand, shop, and power tools

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-starter with good organizational skills.

Familiar with MS Office.

What Makes You the Right Fit

Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting activities to support the site, its equipment and systems.

Troubleshoot and repair building systems such, mechanical seals, centrifugal pumps, general piping.

Diligent management of individual work requests.

Assist with spare parts inventory.

Communicate effectively with scientists, engineers and production staff.

Ensure functions are performed safely with respect to applicable regulations and company policies.

How Would You Stand Out?

Experience in the semiconductor, health / science / biotech, petrol, high-rise building maintenance industries is highly desired.

A key contributor to the site maintenance strategy for new and existing equipment.

The salary range for this position is $96,000- $125,000 annually, being higher amounts depending on experience, qualifications, and location. This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation practices and provides candidates with clarity from the start.
