Role Description

This is a contract, remote position for a Union Benefits Specialist / Life Insurance Specialist. In this role, you’ll serve members of labor unions, veterans groups, and other associations, helping them access their exclusive supplemental benefits. Responsibilities include consulting with members, assessing their coverage needs, presenting life insurance options, and ensuring a smooth, personalized onboarding process. You’ll provide exceptional service while educating members on the unique benefits available through their affiliations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and remotely
• Prior insurance experience is helpful but not required—training is provided
• A passion for helping working families and veterans protect their futures
