The Service Cashier provides a high level of customer service and engagement while receiving payment for maintenance and repairs. The cashier's responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Reviewing the service bill for accuracy and cost
• Calculate customer's invoice utilizing dealership software
• Ensure appropriate manufacturer of 3rd party warranties were applied if applicable
• Receive proper method of payment from customers and record appropriate amount received on applicable repair order
• Relay and customer customer concerns, questions, and / or needs to the service team
• Be the voice of the dealership to ensure complete customer satisfaction was delivered
• Perform other duties as requested by management
