Oversees and optimizes the logistics and supply chain vendor management process to ensure efficient, cost-effective, and compliant transportation and distribution services.

What you'll do Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following : Vendor Relationship Management and Performance Monitoring : Develop and maintain strategic and tactical relationships with logistics vendors, monitor their performance against established targets, and implement corrective actions as needed. Process Improvement and Implementation : Define, design, and implement logistics processes and strategies, leading initiatives to improve efficiency and support key strategic goals. Contract Negotiation and Compliance : Lead contract negotiations with vendors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal and regulatory standards, and provide financial analysis support. Project Leadership and Collaboration : Lead multiple logistics projects, collaborate with internal stakeholders, and act as a Subject Matter Expert for supply chain initiatives and product launches. Reporting, Analysis, and Problem Resolution : Conduct sophisticated financial and operational analysis, prepare reports, resolve complex problems, and support the development of goals and budgets.

What you'll need Bachelor's degree (BS / BA) desired. 3+ years of related experience.
