Position Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Cloud Manager Oracle Fusion Finance to support a major transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications. This role focuses heavily on functional leadership across Financials and Procure-to-Pay and will work closely with product owners, SMEs, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation, data migration, testing, and post go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a functional lead supporting the transition from SAP to Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials .

Collaborate with division super users and SMEs to review user stories, functional specifications, and provide recommendations for approval / signoff.

Serve as a secondary / backup to product owners and SMEs, participating actively in Agile sprints and validating user stories.

Review and advise on Oracle application system functional and technical specifications to ensure alignment with business needs.

Participate in cross-functional integration meetings and represent product owners during design, build, and testing cycles.

Support go-live activities, hypercare, and upcoming project phases by resolving issues and coordinating with technical teams.

Assist with test planning by gathering test cases, preparing test data, and supporting mock cycles.

Support data migration efforts from SAP to Oracle, including validating transactional data such as :

Open AP invoices

Open AR transactions

Unapplied receipts

GL account balances

Chart of Accounts mapping

Work with product / process owners to document updated policies, procedures, and support change management communication.

Required Skills & Experience

Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Functional depth across key finance modules, including :

Accounts Payable (AP)

Accounts Receivable (AR)

Chart of Accounts (COA)

Cash Management

Fixed Assets (FA)

Experience working on large-scale ERP transformation projects (SAP to Oracle Fusion experience is highly preferred).

Strong ability to collaborate with business SMEs, product owners, and technical teams.

Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, sprint participation, and user story validation.

Excellent analytical skills, especially in data migration, reconciliation, and validation of financial transactions.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and functional documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in post go-live hypercare support for Oracle Fusion implementations.

Background in change management and end-user training support.

Experience working with enterprise-level finance teams and complex financial processes.
