The James Allen Companies Inc. is partnering with a growing insurance organization to identify a Producer / Account Executive who will drive new business development and craft customized insurance solutions across both personal and commercial lines. This is a strategic, high-impact role for someone who understands markets and underwriting, excels in relationship-building, and is eager to lead sales efforts in Michigan.
As the Michigan Sales Leader, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the growth of the sales organization—building relationships, developing strategy, and mentoring others.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage a profitable book of business by acquiring new clients and expanding current relationships
Design tailored insurance programs that align with client needs and available markets
Collaborate with internal teams to support cross-selling across personal and commercial lines
Lead by example—coaching and mentoring junior producers and contributing to a high-performance sales culture
Implement and track sales strategies, goals, and performance metrics
Utilize modern quoting tools, data analytics, and lead systems to drive efficiency and conversion
Represent the organization through local networking and community involvement in the Michigan market
