Caring for Soles Home Care provides non-medical home care to clients in their homes.

The Home Care Aide will provide companionship, housekeeping, and personal care to clients who are in recovery, requiring temporary assistance, the elderly, or the disabled. The ideal candidate will help clients to maintain their independence and improve their quality of life by providing physical, emotional, and moral support.

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Home Health Aide located in Concord, CA. The Home Health Aide will be responsible for assisting patients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. The role also includes providing patient care, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting personal care needs. Additionally, the Home Health Aide will offer companionship and provide effective communication and emotional support to clients.

Qualifications

• Home Care and Patient Care skills
• Experience with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and Personal Care
• Strong Communication skills
• Compassionate and empathetic attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Home Health Aide certification preferred
• Previous experience in healthcare or home care settings is beneficial
• High school diploma or equivalent
