Primary Care Physician

Compensation : $215K–$245K Base Salary + Incentive Bonus

Position Highlights

Compensation : $215K–$245K base (depending on experience and location)

Bonus : Performance-based incentives tied to quality metrics

• Support Team : Scribe, Medical Assistant, and Social Worker

Clinic Resources : Onsite lab with phlebotomist; RubiconMD for specialist consults

EMR Systems : Canopy and Greenway

Care Model : 100% outpatient, value-based healthcare

Clinic Staff : 3–5 providers per location (mix of MDs and NPs)

Patient Experience : Free transportation within 5 miles; community wellness activities such as exercise, yoga, dance, and social events
