ABA Services Onboarding Coordinator
MeBe is a provider of evidence-based therapies for children with autism and other special needs. Our mission is to empower families, professionals, and communities by educating and training them on evidence-based approaches. Our secret sauce? Play-filled, research-based care across multi-disciplines including Speech, OT, and ABA.
The ABA Services Onboarding Coordinator plays a key role in welcoming and preparing new team members to succeed at MeBe. This role ensures that every new hireespecially Behavior Techniciansfeels supported, informed, and connected from day one. You'll coordinate onboarding logistics, guide new hires through training and credentialing, and collaborate closely with our People Ops and Clinical teams to create a smooth and positive start-to-MeBe experience.

About What You'll Do
Onboarding & OffboardingManage full-cycle onboarding, including background checks, I-9 verification, and document collectionMonitor and track candidate training completionImprove the onboarding experience and streamline processesManage offboarding procedures, distribute paperwork, collect and distribute offboarding feedbackSupport terminations and update employee records accordinglyCompliance & TrainingTrack employee licenses (RBT, BCBA, SLP, OT, CPR, BLS) and certification renewalsLead and record onboarding training to ensure compliance with BACB, Medicaid, and state-specific requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and documentationEnsure compliance with multi-state employment lawsEmployee Relations & SupportAddress employee concerns and disputes in a professional and confidential manner during trainingSupport performance-related conversations, disciplinary actions, and terminations during trainingCoordinate company hosted events and communication, and share at company All Hands meetingsSystems, Policy & Performance ManagementMaintain and update the Employee Handbook and HR policiesCoordinate and document performance review cyclesAssist in the development of new HR procedures and process improvementsOwn all updates and changes that are onboarding related in HRIS (Paylocity) and Onboarding too (Tangelo)Metrics & ReportingTrack and report HR and onboarding KPIs (time-to-hire, onboarding completion, payroll accuracy)Provide data insights and support leadership with operational decisionsQualifications
24 years of HR or onboarding experienceKnowledge of HR compliance, onboarding best practices, and multi-state employment lawExperience with payroll systems such as PaylocityExcellent communication, time management, and organizational skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentialityGoogle Workspace, Canva skills preferred. Strong technical skills required.Great to have but not required
Prior HR experience in an ABA setting is preferredFamiliarity with BACB guidelines, onboarding ABA providers, and Medicaid / state regulationsPreferred experience with ABA platforms such as Central Reach is helpfulBenefits Include :
